Helpful Things to Know:
- Gradebook can be accessed from home by going to https://portal.graniteschools.org . The Helpdesk website (where you can find out students’ email addresses or change their passwords if they contact you about that) can also be accessed through the GSD portal. It is called Technology Work Orders. I talk about it a bit in the video below called “Distance Learning Part 2” and show how to look up emails or change student passwords.
- Your M Drive files (things saved in My Documents on your teacher computer) can be accessed from home by going to the GSD portal and clicking on the tile called Web Storage. Your files will be in the folder titled Staff Home Directory.
- To run a report that includes all of your students’ emails, you can go to Gradebook, click on Reports, then select Student Information Report. You can run this by course, and it will generate a list of all students in that class and their GSD email addresses.
- If you have issues with the GSD portal not logging in or giving an error message, the best thing to do is clear your browser cache - Instructions here.
