Granite Wellness Center Class - Time Affluence

The Granite Wellness Center health professionals are offering monthly classes targeted at helping our employee’s physical and mental wellbeing. Below are the details for the class that will be held on April 12th at 5:00pm. There is no cost to participate in the class.

Subject of Class:  Time Affluence – What it is, why we want it, and how we can get it.  We will also discuss potential barriers or obstacles that negatively impact time affluence.

Location: This class will be available via Zoom only.
